We create digital design solutions tailored to each client brief. These are intangible services and files, so our refund terms differ from those for physical goods. Below are clear rules for cancellations, refunds, and revisions.
1) Key points at a glance
- Refunds are possible until the service has been materially consumed (i.e., when you have already received a significant portion of the deliverable or access to source files).
- For ready-made, non-personalized files, refunds are available only before download. After any download, refunds are not available.
- For personalized and custom projects, a pro-rated refund applies, based on the stages already completed.
- We fix technical defects in files free of charge within a reasonable timeframe.
- All terms apply to the extent permitted by the applicable law in your jurisdiction.
2) Definitions
“Services” — packages AF-01…AF-06.
“Stage” — a logically completed part of the work (brief, moodboard, concepts, final export, etc.).
“Significant portion of the deliverable” — concepts/illustrations/layouts/source files delivered to you that can already be used as intended.
3) By service type
AF-01 Visual Identity Starter Kit (brand identity)
- Cancel before start (after payment, before the brief): 100% refund.
- After brief/moodboard but before concept delivery: refund minus the completed stages (typically 20–40%).
- After logo/concept delivery: pro-rated refund for the remaining scope (typically up to 30%).
- After final brand guide/source files: no refund.
AF-02 Social Media Template System (brand templates)
- Before the pilot template: up to 100% refund.
- After the pilot but before the full set: partial refund (minus completed layouts).
- After delivery of the full set or access to editable files: no refund.
- Ready, non-personalized packs (if purchased separately): refundable only before download.
AF-03 Custom Illustration Pack (custom illustrations)
- Before sketches: up to 100% refund.
- After sketches: partial refund (minus the sketch work).
- After vectorization/coloring and source delivery: no refund.
AF-04 Cover Art Bundle (covers)
- Before concept delivery: up to 100% refund.
- After concept delivery: partial refund (minus completed variants).
- After final exports for platforms: no refund.
AF-05 UI/Icon Micro-Library (icons & UI elements)
- Before the pilot set/system parameters: up to 100% refund.
- After the pilot set: partial refund (minus completed scope).
- After delivery of the library/tokens/source files: no refund.
AF-06 Seamless Pattern & Texture Library (patterns/textures)
- Before test tiles: up to 100% refund.
- After test tiles and direction approval: partial refund.
- After final tiles/swatches/source files: no refund.
- Ready, non-personalized sets: refundable only before download.
4) Non-refundable items
- Time and work already performed to your brief.
- Files and accesses you have received/downloaded (sources, editable docs, swatches, tokens, etc.).
- Rush fees and third-party licenses (fonts/stock/plugins) purchased at your request.
- Changes outside the agreed scope (treated as additional work).
5) Revisions and quality guarantee
- Each package includes built-in revision rounds (see the service page).
- Technical file issues (broken links, wrong color profiles, incorrect sizes) are fixed free of charge if reported within 10 calendar days from delivery.
- Color differences between screens/printing are not considered a defect: devices and papers reproduce color differently. On request we provide color profiles and recommendations.
6) Partial refunds and credits
- If the project is canceled mid-way, we can offer a partial refund or a credit for future work (your choice).
- The amount is calculated in proportion to completed stages, as confirmed in our correspondence/brief plan.
7) How and when to request
- Submit a refund/cancellation request before final source delivery or within 10 days if there is a technical defect.
- Include your order/service number, a short reason, and what you request: refund, fix, or credit.
- We acknowledge receipt and propose a solution within 3 business days.
8) Licenses and rights
- Exclusive/extended rights are transferred after full payment.
- We cannot refund third-party licenses (fonts, stock, plugins) purchased for your project.
- We do not use third-party marks/content without rights; you warrant the legality of materials you provide.
9) Scope changes
Any new tasks not described in the brief (extra formats, new scenes, grid expansion, etc.) are treated as additional scope with separately agreed timing and cost.
10) Cancellation on our side
If we cannot complete the work for reasons beyond your control, we will offer either:
- a full refund, or
- rescheduling/reallocating the budget to another package/date — your choice.
11) Chargebacks and access
Initiating a payment dispute (chargeback) without prior communication is treated as a unilateral cancellation; access to deliverables may be temporarily suspended until the matter is resolved.
12) Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by force majeure (service outages, natural disasters, etc.). Timelines may shift, and any uncompleted work can be refunded pro-rata.
13) Policy updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page and applies to new orders.
